Dr. Chereka S. Kluttz is a physician, strategist, and multi-hyphenate visionary whose work lives at the intersection of medicine, law, leadership, and personal growth.
With dual degrees in medicine (DO) and law (JD with a concentration in Health Law), and a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences, Dr. Kluttz brings more than a decade of cross-sector experience in clinical care, legal consulting, organizational development, and executive leadership. She has held senior roles in both public and private institutions, led large-scale strategic initiatives, and advised C-suite leaders on regulatory compliance, physician engagement, and systemic burnout recovery.
But her work doesn’t stop at the boardroom.
It flows into coaching, writing, advocacy, and soul-centered leadership development.
Through her company, Elevate Leadership Coaching, Dr. Kluttz equips purpose-driven professionals, high-achieving creatives, and weary executives to lead from clarity—not chaos. Her approach is deeply integrative, blending evidence-based practice with intuitive insight, and spiritual grounding with strategic vision.
